worst service

after waiting since September 2019 for my fibre to be installed and many many lies being told I finally got hold of a project Manger called Darren who told me he will escalate this matter he has never gotten back to me we had then been contacted via email by a Mishka Witte who confirmed a technician will be out on Saturday the 22/02/2020 at 14:30 to complete the installation but he still has not pitched you try contacting herself and also the Vox help line you always get told the same BS each time and get told to leave a message and they will get back to you.. If I do not call back myself no one ever gets back to me.. will you please stop wasting my time and money!!!!!!! fix your issues and also your service you guys have the utmost dreadful service
