Worst experience in ...

Worst experience in my life ..I app**** with vox for WiFi package on 6 june.2021..then had to wait for Octotel to lay the line it's been one long horrible experience.. If I don't contact a guy named Taff or A guy named Wiseman or a lady named Kim ..an enquire how long stil nobody comes back to me ...an after 2 months my home still doesn't have wifi ...an still no feedback from Octotel...I have never in my life felt so disappointed in a service delivery...If I could advise others not to do business with this company.they not a good service provider.
