Worst customer service on the planet

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. They are horrific! They said they activated our line last week but we don't have internet since then and you can't call them. When you e-mail them, they keep saying that someone will call you in 24 hours OR YOUR REQUEST WILL BE DELAYED which is delayed every time and when someone calls you, they again say that someone will call you tomorrow, etc. We don't have internet and we're paying for these useless company. They made life so inconvenient for us since we're all working from home. We're having issues with work and everything. Don't make the mistake of even considering this company. THEY ARE THE WORST!
