Worse service

I’m disappointed in the service in which I am receiving from Octotel and Vox, I have been waiting 6 months for this installation and a conformation email was sent with a date and time.

I had made arrangements in my schedule to accommodate for people to come out and no one pitched up. I’m disgusted at how this is happening I have called numerous times and they completely lie and are *********.

Yet they expect their payments to be on time and have people waiting in their daily lives for some type of answer or help.

Unacceptable!!!!
