When is my fibre going live?

So recently Octotel laid fibre in the Reebok-Tergniet area. I signed up with RSAWEB in July already. I have been haunting them for weeks now to just provide me with a date I can expect fibre, but they apparently are not getting any confirmation from Octotel. Please may I have a definitive date on which Octotel plans to activate their infrastructure in this area.
