Well I thought I had a good deal until I discovered that my neighbours were only paying R399 for their uncapped fibre connections! I pay R679! and even though the connection times out and drags at times and the contention ratio has changed since i signed on three years ago, I cannot seem to get anything out of customer service! Not even a person!! DONOT SIGN UP FOR OCTOTEL or WEBAFRICA it will be a nightemare I promise you!
