Vox viber and Octotel, bad news!!!! It's a DON'T.

We've signed up with Vox viber, who is in partnership with Octotel. We've been having trouble with our octotel box since 25th January 2024. Till this day octotel never came to fix it. We're paying every month and for Fibre that's not giving properly. Our internet is completely off lately! We'd contacted Vox and Octotel, and also got a reference number, but only empty promises and lies we got from them. Vox helpline, never get back in finding out if you got assisted.

I'm so sorry we've signed up with them. Very very bad assistance.
