Very displeased

I had no issues with fiber installation until i complained about the way Octotel laid the fiber connection across a walkway and against the landlord's house, without regard for visibility and vandalism. It's been three weeks already and I've informed that due to danger in my area, Elsies River, i have to wait until an Area liaison confirms the area safe for Octotel to reinstall the cables, yet they had no issues doing the first installation in the same area and I'm paying for non-existent internet currently.
