Useless octotel doing shortcut connections

I have emailed octotel 9 September and got a reply i will be contacted about the shortcut connection made in our fibre box to our neighbours house who has his own fibre box infront of his house.since this we have problems streaming 2 devices. ****ing disgraceful just as cell c i want this 3d connection taken out within this week or i will rip it out myself you had more than a month now so try me now. And when we got home when nanontel was busy with connecting at the right box. We left came back and they suddenly stopped what they were doing and sat on bakkie busy on phone when we looked again saw they tapped into our box making their job easier so now this better be sorted out or our neighbour wont have internet by this weekend. It was one house it has been split we live in wade str 5 and they in 7 wade str
