Useless Octotel

Absolutely useless. After registering a new fibre install on 14 November 2024 and arranging for an install on the 18 November 2024, they did not pitch. No follow up from them afterwards for a reason why. Have been contacting them constantly since then and still on 4th December have no feedback or date. It is also impossible to get hold of them on their phone lines. Only way to contact is via my ISP Afrihost who can't assist either.
