Useless

Extremely poor service.

Most weekends there is no service.

There was a technician working in the street during the day, now the Internet is off. I suspect that they broke something while performing an installation and called simply it a day instead of fixing it.

This sort of thing happens almost every single weekend.

Completely unacceptable.
