Terrible service and no Response

I am extremely dissapointerld with the service from your company. We received our router 3weeks ago and still have no connection. We phoned, sent emails, used your Whatsapp line and still no response. It is so ridiculous. You cannot promote your fast and amazing service when you do not provide any service whatsoever.
