Shoddy service by Octotel

Our fibre is provided by Octotel and many different internet providers make use of Octotel. We have had so many issues with Octotel recently and you can see them digging up cables and replacing all the time. I feel it only fair that Octotel inform all relevant internet providers regarding their issues so that this information can be relayed to us, the customers I think Octotel needs sone competition here in the Garden Route as their service is shoddy, to say the least.
