SHOCKING SERVICE PROVIDER

Absolutely SHOCKING service from Wondernet and Octotel. I spend close to R900 a month on their services and yet 95% of the month sit with no internet. This is an ongoing problem and not one person from support has offered a sufficient solution. They refuse to send a technician. They do not follow up. I have never received such shocking service from a supplier in my life! THINK TWICE BEFORE SIGNING UP WITH THEM!
