Shambolic experience

Good Afternoon. I stay in Melkbos and being with Octotel has been the worst internet experience of my life. There is constant issues and the wifi goes down at least once a week for 3+ hours at a time, sometimes 10+. The incompetence and inconsistency of this company is incredible. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY if it's possible.
