Ridiculous price increase.

My ISP just increased my 55Meg fibre line by 17,5%. They informed me that this was because Octotel increased the price. What company can justify a 17,5% increase!!!! Trying to speak to a manager at Octotel is impossible, they just put you on hold and never answer. This behaviour tells me Octotel is a company with no social conscience. Avoid them!!
