Redefining pathetic service

As all the other terrible service posts, this one will probably go unanswered, but at least I can let everyone know how terrible they are.

My neighbors' wall boxes was mounted in October 2017. My fiber cable was laying on the neighbour's lawn for more than a month until I complained directly to them. 2 days later a team was sent to finish the job. Which they didn't do. Pulled the cable to my kitchen window and now, 3 months later, it's still laying there...

You would think that it's a simple task, but once again the proudly South African "we don't care about service" attitude shines bright in this company.

Prove me wrong and I will admit it. But I won't hold my breath on that one...
