Reconnect

We got fibre line at home wich is octotel service but our isp was vodacom, so we trying to switch to another isp rsaweb, its been a run around for 2 weeks to release our line from vodacom now vodacom released the line 3 days ago and we foned octotel because the person by rsaweb told us the line is stil active, so we contacted octotel directly and the lady on the other side said the line is not active and that rsaweb should request it to be switched to their service, so I asked her how long it would take if successful she said 72hours, now I recieved an email it will only be active on the 15September, we are loosing bussiness due to that.
