Promise to investigate. No results. No response.

I order Octotel via Afrihost. Fast and efficient line installation. BUT. The line simply does not work (red PON light).

Afrihost service is dismal and failed to help, so I phoned Octotel directly. The lady promised that the technician is looking at it and will call me back within 15 minutes. It is a couple of days later with no response. And still no working fiber.

Looks like Telkom ADSL is not that bad after all.
