Poor service

Web Africa has been logging my issue with you but no assistance for 10 days

One of your Tech came by sometime last week but there was load shedding so he didn't do anything

Following be called telling he is not gonna come back to my place because he is not in the area and will escalate my issues.

Until today I haven't received any help.

If I will ever use web Africa and octotel ever again 😡
