Poor service. Bad

After a long struggle from my fiber service provider I then received a call from Octotel that they will come on Thursday 2024-08-08 at14:30 to fix the line. Then two Octotel technician came and looked took a photo and said some other technicians must come. So we ask when will this be, on Friday and we said it is a public holiday, no they are working. No appointments nothing so you can phone their office no answer, so they are closed.
