Poor service

I have a 100/100 contract with RSA web. For the past 2 weeks or so my internet has been intermittent with a ping of circa 6-8 and download speed not exceeding 10. Calling you call centre is a waste of time, as the ball and issue just gets passed as an “Octotel” problem! My contract is with RSA web and not Octotel! I have no idea when this issue will get resolved, you do not communicate with your customers and yet I have to pay for a service I do not receive! At the moment I am resigned to using LTE and additional costs!!! Seemingly because RSA Web / Octotel have run out of capacity ... ie oversold their service at the cost of the customer!!!
