POOR POOR Service From Octotel

I so wish there was a possibility of giving minus stars for terrible service.

Octotel has poor customer service and infrastructure repairs. It is frustrating that you can only communicate with a WhatsApp bot. When a technician needs to visit your home to fix a technical fault, it can be a hassle. If you live in an area where Octotel has a monopoly, you may be left waiting indefinitely for problem resolution. It can be extremely frustrating when you have paid for a service but receive no service in return. The lack of a call centre may be the reason for their poor response times. If I had known this would be the case, I would have never considered using their service.
