Pavements /grass verges

Octotel has made a complete mess of the pavement and grass verges in Kenilworth. They have dug up the grass which was growing well in spite of the drought,but since Octotel have laid down their cables, the grass was just put back down without care or water and expected to grow. The pavement is now just a sand trap and mounds of tar and uneven paving lines a once nice a street. Not happy with their workmanship and wouldn't trust them with my internet.
