Pathetic Service Provider

I have had the worst experience with Octotel and it’s customer service. I was supposed to have my line installed and the technician arrived 3 hours late and was unable to complete my installation because the building manager had left. Instead of coming in first thing on Monday morning to complete the installation, I was told that they do not have any technicians available and would have to get back to me. I called a number of times and the agents did not bother to return my call. Absolutely pathetic.
