Pathetic Service

What pathetic service from Octotel. Laying cables in an outlet water gutter and letting anyone sign off without inspection. In all honesty , any installer with a logical brain or intelligence would not do such a thing. Then I get told by one of their schedulers, Adoray Ferrier that they will not rectify it .
