Pathetic

The most pathetic service I’ve ever received being in the service industry I know what I’m talking about , I’ve waited 2 weeks for them to come out. I took off today thinking they’d come as it was scheduled for today 20/01/25 , they rescheduled for tomorrow, time I don’t have , I’m leaving the city , meaning I’d have to wait another week , all they do is have excuses and lie !

Do not waste your time and money!

I lost R3000 just being off work today , they slow to respond I’ve asked to speak to a manager my message got ignored.

Apparently a technician got injured on site , funny how there’s only one technician for so many customers out there wanting internet.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

I’d rather pay more to a different company than wasting so much time! They said 5:00 it’s already 5:50pm
