Octotel's bad service and internet speeds.

Home-connect use to be amazing at what they did, I moved to the coast and told them i want to stay with them so they made us fall under octotel. I launched a support ticket 3 weeks ago, no one has come back to me. I have phoned about 4 times to try and get our line fixed as it is my income. This is our 100mbs up/down speed . Would not recommend them to anyone and soon I will be taking my 4years of business else where. https://www.speedtest.net/result/***.png
