Octotel very unprofessional

My father has a double plot and when Octotel first came to install those grey Fiber boxes we told them that it is too far from the main house and yet they went ahead with installing it on the place that it is today. I have requested fiber connection from the 18 October 2021, when vodacom came out to connect us they told us they cannot connect us because the box was installed to far from the main house(Derhhh), then it was a back and fourth thing where vodacom says its Ototel's responsibility and vice versa, eventually Octotel told us that they would send someone out, by this time it was already a month later and calling was getting us nowhere. We were told that an installer would come out on Monday the 22nd November but still nothing, we filled in a form of consent and also the installer that came send a installation plan which was to be submitted to their office but that was a week ago, but still no reply, this is very frustrating as I have been without a connection for more than a month, I just want them to come connect us up, I cannot work from home because of this.
