Octotel - unhelpful, appalling service

Appalling service. You cannot even to get to speak with a human being. You select the option required, then are told by a robotic voice that "there are no agents available in the current queue" and you are summarily cut off. How can I possibly get to speak with a human. I have sent and email and all I get is a automatic response with ticket number with no way of following it up???? I sincerely hope I can get some action form this complaint
