Octotel unable to provide feedback to Webafrica when my line will be active

My son moved from my house cancelled his internet but I am the home owner and need my internet on. It's not rocket science to change ownership.. I'm a client of web africa who has now delivered a router to me days ago and still no internet. Everyday they keep saying they're waiting on Octotel for feedback.
