Octotel, the no-show still fibre infrastructure provider

ISP is Supersonic. Picked up issue 31 Mar Thursday night & reported Friday to Supersonic. Professional & thorough fault tracing by them & lodged case with Octotel. Numerous follow-ups but no-show or call/back by Octotel. Now Mon eve 4 April and still no show by Octotel,the fibre infrastructure provider in van Ryneveld Strand
