Octotel Support on Fibre Installation and activation

Amazing support team i must say. Been with them for more than 5 years and have always delivered.

Recently I tried switching to a different provider for my new place but the experience was so bad, support was not present at all. Its almost a month that i have been waiting for them to activate my line as they already did installation.

I decided to go back to Octotel, i placed order with my ISP and within 3 days, Octotel came installed line and activated my internet on the same day of installation and i was up and running. Keep up good work and support team. Great job.
