Octotel sucks

****** useless. We were told our fibre line had been activated, after we’d had emailed repeatedly to make sure this was the case. IT IS NOT ACTIVE!!!! My son had to have fibre to work and study and Octotel are silent. They don’t work over weekends. We are furious. DON’T USE OCTOTEL!!!
