Octotel sucks!

Octotel has HORRIBLE service. I have been without internet access for 4 days now and no one has bothered contacting me to even explain the situation after NUMEROUS attempts at contact and enquiries from me. They are horrible service providers. Do not use a provider that relies on Octotel for their fibre!!
