Octotel Service

I have placed an order with Octotel over 2 weeks ago, they sent out guys to install the fibre but was unsuccessful, they then told me someone will be in contact with me to come and fix it but it’s a week later again and still nobody has arrived or contacted me, I am now slightly over 2 weeks without internet and a fault installation, horrible first experience with you guys and I don’t even have internet yet
