Octotel price increases

Octotel (afrihost) keeps upgrading my fibre speed without it being requested. They don't give an option to stick with your current speed or to downgrade.

There was a price increase in May without prior notification. I have contacted afrihost to provide me with the price increase email and no one can send it to me.
