Octotel poor service

I have paid and apl**** for fibre with webafrica on 22 of October.Till to dated my fibre is not connected.Every time I phone they say it will be sorted.Octotel keeps on telling webafrica they phone me and I do not answer.They have never phoned me.When phoning Octotel line just disconnect.This his the worst service.Will not recommend them at all.
