Octotel poor service

Hi.

So octotel has recently installed fibre at my complex.In 3 weeks the longest connection I had was 1 day.I have been experiencing internet issues for 2 weeks now whereby I need to reboot my router and ONT atleast every 30mins if not less because this is how long the connection only lasts,now imagine that! I’ve logged requests with My ISP for 2 weeks every day,a few times a day and Octotel came out to my premises to have a “look” literally stopped out ONt and 30mins after they had left I had the same issue,again they came out to fix something but nothing changed!

Either the technicians are too *********** to fix their mess or they just completely clueless.No manager from my ISP nor Octotel has called me yet to explain next steps or to prioritize the issue!

Another problem I have is the fact that you cannot call them because they are only opening on the 6th Jan,how convenient as well!

I will again wait on Octotel management,let’s see if they value my business!
