Hello I would like to congratulate your Plettenberg bay team (Sean and Anthony) for their great attitude and responsiveness - there was an area outage (which was not shared to us by Octatel or the ISP Mweb which is not great) - fortunately your team was reachable after they installed our fibre in December - 200% to both of them for reinstating the area outage and being professional and delivering courteous customer service.
