Octotel office hours. After hours recording active during office hours.

Contacted Octotel this morning after receiving a missed call from them. They wanted to activate my fibre. Told them I wasn't at the premises and asked them if I could contact them once I got home. I asked them what time they closed and they told me at 5pm. Got home at 4pm and immediately contacted them. Got a voice recording stipulating their business hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Another automated voice then said, 'Goodbye' and disconnected the call. I tried three more times and got the same result.
