Octotel not supplying any support

When your fibre internet works through Octotel it works as well as anywhere else but be aware as soon as there is a problem it is a nightmare. Webafrica is my service provider, WhatsApp messaging support works well just to tell you Octotel will be in contact. Tried getting in touch with Octotel myself but had no luck did send a message on their web form, still waiting for any sort of reply. Being without internet for 3 days straight, going into 4th day today is just not acceptable, especially with no communication as to when it will be fixed.
