Octotel: Newlands Fibre Installation

According to the note we received regarding the installation of the fibre there was an undertaking to leave our premises in the same or better condition. I had to complain to get the paving outside my house replaced and still it has not been reinstated to the same condition as they found it. Further i had exposed aggregate outside the house that is now just sand with a little stone in the sand. Furthermore they ripped out the plastic sheet that was below the exposed agggregate to dig the trench for the fibre. I have been made several promises that it would be repaired, but nothing has been done. Recently i found a team working on exposed aggregate in Akkerdal and had the manager at my property. All he said that i have to complain and they will then rectify the situation, but that this needs to be done through the formal structures. I explained that i had spoken to them several times, but he simply walked away. I would simply like the outside of my property reinstated to the same condition it was when they started the work and in accordance with the undertaking made prior to commencement of the work.
