Octotel is useless

Octotel laid Fibre lines in our road in February this year. We signed a contract with a service provider so we could have Fibre as soon as possible as we cannot work unless we have a Fibre line. We were then told by Octotel that the line would only be activated in May. When May came I phoned to find out when it would happen, only to be told it will only happen by the end of May. I phoned at the end of May to be told it would only happen at the end of June. I phoned last week to see when it is happening as it is almost the end of June. They told me next week. I just phoned again, only to be told it will be the 9th. I don’t thing Octotel has any idea when the line is actually going to go live!! Why do they monopolize an area so that no other company can pay cables there and then do nothing about it!!!
