OCTOTEL IS USELESS

We have been waiting for over 3 months to get fibre installed and the building to go live. 3 weeks ago, we were told its next week. Yesterday we were told that its today. And surprise surprise, I called them now and its next week. I mean really, what kind of service of this? This is beyond ridiculous and I feel that ISPs need to get involved because its seems that Octotel does not a **** as long as they get their installations to charge the ISPs. What could the hold up be? ACTIVATE THE BUILDING PLEASE!!!!!!
