OCTOTEL- IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE???? *crickets*

Cannot get hold of them on their "customer care line". There is only ONE number and they do not return emails. Been trying for DAYS and select my option and then get told there are no available agents. Then get cut off. THIS IS ALL DAY. Are there NO AGENTS WORKING> CAN I GET MY LINE ACTIVATED PLEASE ITS LONG OVER THE AGREED TIMEFRAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ANSWER YOUR DAMN PHONES!!!!!
