Octotel is a failing monopoly and clients pay for it.

No internet and no care from Octotel. They are a company that does not care and the people working there has no clue on how to do their jobs. Yes we are all working from home and you had over a year to figure out how to work competently, but it is like your service....there is no competency within the leadership of the organization making it even harder to do their jobs. The monopoly needs to end with Octotel providing lines as they are not able to maintain it. Shocking!
