Octotel intermittent connectivity

I have been with Octotel fr 1 year and 6 months. Internet connectivity is intermittent. Constantly need to restart the fiber box to get internet working. Unfortunately they are the only provider in my area. I will be moving soon, because I can't work from home if I don't have a stable internet connection.
