OCTOTEL HAS NO RESPECT FOR CLIENTS TIME !! STAY CLEAR AND FAR AWAY

Very frustrated with the service I have been provided !!!!

Octotel arranges I take off from work the morning to complete there fiber installation. We agreed to meet at my premises at 8:30 on the 25th June 2021.

2 hours later and Octotel does not have the decency to call or inform they cannot meet there commitments.

I have now lost income from staying out of work for no reason and furthermore I have spent a small fortune on airtime trying to find out what's happening.

Mr Hilton who made the arrangement has no respect for Octotel clients and Mr Kieyaam kept me on hold for most of the call.

Very disappointed and will be talking this further for loss of income !
