Octotel forces clients to upgrade

Anyone else being forced to "upgrade" to 50 Mbps from 1 June because Octotel does not provide slower services to existing customers anymore? All the ISPs are saying that only new customers can still get the 25 Mbps. As a Vodacom client, my fibre expense goes up by R250 per month. I have no choice but to use Octotel. Not cool...
